To renew yourself is to realise who you are, who you were born to be, and work out how you are going to achieve this and illuminate your unique path. Step out of your comfort zone and move into a life unknown and full of adventure and life. Renewing yourself incorporates improving your health, gaining self-understanding through the observation of your physical, mental, emotional and psychological states. For holistic health it is necessary to achieve a balance between them all.

Start to increase your wellbeing by reducing or stopping processed sugar, caffeine, alcohol and drugs; start or increase your grounding time, sleep more, incorporate meditation and journaling into your morning schedule. Create a routine in your day which includes clean food choices, exercise and social activities. Clean, organize and minimise your life, work space, home and possessions – release what is no longer needed or used and keep only those things that are necessary to you.

When reading, working or just relaxing – find Solfeggio frequency 417 Hz on your internet and play this in your daily background – it is known to remove negative energy, undo negative happenings, facilitate change, calm intense feelings, and build inner strength.

  9. Move outside your comfort zone
  10. Go outside yourself and help others
