You have a right, a necessity a requirement in this life to become the best whole person you can become. This is called Self Caring. Others tell you this is selfish, uncaring however it is caring to YOU first and the all others follow.
Every day we make choices, choices on how to best look after our bodies. Whole body health comes when all the body systems are in balance and we are supplying our system with optimum nutrition that is free of toxins. The result in doing so is total wellness. 2. Drink clean water preferably alkanized or add freshly squeezed lemon juice
3. Ground yourself
– Walk in ankle height water on the beach, lake or creek or river
– Walk without shoes on the grass or natural dirt
– Gardening placing hands in the dirt
4. Sunlight – so important as Vitamin D is good mental and physical health
5. Exercise – this means any form you like and also gentle walking as well. Get moving to allow your Lymphatic system to flow and clean the body
