Will it make you better or could it hurt.
It is important to see a person you trust
Talk with them, question them, this is a must
Never just follow what others may say,
Connect with your body it’ll show you the way.
The body can make a strong healthy healing
However you need to trust how your feeling,

Great health comes from the emotions we meet

Hope is an attitude that offers new creative possibilities: – developing positive emotions of courage, strength and empowerment, within all aspects of the person, incorporating mental, psychological, emotional, social, and physical balance.
